What moves the price

Room, not hours

We price by space in the trailer, not by the hour, so a slow carry down a narrow stair doesn’t run up a clock. Stairs add $25–$50 a flight for heavy pieces.

Fees we pass on

Mattresses, refrigerant appliances, tires and tube TVs cost us to dispose of properly, so they carry a small fee each. Everything else is in the load price.

Weight for heavy loads

Concrete, dirt, brick and shingles are loaded about a foot deep, up to 2.5 tons, then $75 a ton.

Ranges, then a firm price

Every number here is a range. We confirm a firm price from your photo, or on site, before anything is loaded. Quotes cost nothing.

Is a dumpster cheaper?

Upstate roll-off dumpsters ran about $280 to $550 a week when we checked in October 2026, and you load them yourself. For a day’s cleanout, hauling often comes out close.

Junk removal or a dumpster?

Price questions

How much does junk removal cost in Seneca, SC?

Most jobs cost $140–$180 for a quarter of our 15 cubic yard trailer, $250–$320 for half and $450–$550 for a full load. Small pickups have a $75–$95 minimum.

What’s the cheapest way to get rid of one item?

One item costs the $75–$95 minimum, which covers up to 2 cubic yards. Add a second small piece on the same trip and the price usually stays the same.

Why do mattresses and fridges cost extra?

Because the county, the landfill or the recycler charges for them. A mattress or box spring adds $15–$25; a fridge, freezer or AC unit adds $25–$40 so the refrigerant can be recovered.

How is heavy debris priced?

Concrete, dirt, brick and shingles fill the trailer by weight first. We take up to 2.5 tons a load and charge $75 a ton past that, confirmed from a photo before loading.

Is the estimate the final price?

No, it’s a range from what you count. We confirm a firm price from a photo or a quick look before loading, and nothing gets loaded until you’ve said yes.
